Prince, Violet, Princessa, Caesar, Scamp, and Lily, they were the first ever purse pups to be adopted. They were rescued by Imp, a scientist's daughter, from almost certain death. This is their page, and here is their story...

It was a time when wars could be started by a single dirty look, long-time allies could not be trusted, and everyone was nervous and on edge. Steps needed to be taken to ensure the safety of the country, so Experiment P was born.
Numerous once-illegal tests were done on many different animals, puppies and dogs expecially, and the sound of whimpering could be heard from the laboratory every night. These tests were carried out for months, but there was no gain from any of the tests. You see, the goal was to create tiny animal spies that could pass on useful information. These creatures needed to be intelligent, fast, and most of all, miniscule.
Not a single success was made until August 24th, 2010. Up until that date the smallest animals they had created were the size of adult chihuahuas, but on that day not one, but two litters of puppies was born with each pup the size of a silver dollar. Only two puppies survived their first week, the others were too frail to survive. A male and a female, and not even siblings! The scientists couldn't believe thier luck. They planned to breed these two in the hopes of creating more pups of their kind. In their excitement from their first success, the scientists neglected to notice a crucial flaw in their plan. The two pups were incredibly timid. They wouldn't hide quietly in cracks and corners, they would get scared and find something or someone to comfort them, ultimately ruining their mission. They wouldn't make good spies after all, but the scientists refused to give up.
More and more tests were done on these two pups specifically, but all they did was change the colours of the pups fur to purple and pink. The scientists soon realized that their only hope was the pups. The lives of the male and female pups changed over night. They were moved to a regular sized pen covered in pillows and toys. They were to be fed the best food the decreasing project budget could buy. Everyone held their breath until the day when the female had her pups, but when that day came, all their dreams were smashed to pieces. The pups had the same temperment as the adults, and the same conspicuous fur.
The scientists were desperate, and were forced to perform even more tests. The only outcome of the tests was more and more timid tiny pups with strange fur markings.
Eventually, realizing that this was going nowhere, the government gave up on this plan, and decided to try their luck with robotics instead, But that still left the problem of what to do with the test subjects. Most of the animals had not been affected much by the tests and were released into the wild, but that left the problem of what to do with the tiny pups.
The scientists didn't want to, but the only option they saw was to "put down" the remaining animals. Things weren't looking good for the animals, when one of the scientist had an idea.
He had told his daughter about the animals, and she had asked why they couldn't be put up for adoption. When he proposed this solution to his colleagues this idea they were all for it with only one conditon: the agencies had to be for these creatures and nothing else to prevent the breeding of more "alien" species.
Using donations from the scientists, and the remaining project funds, the scientist and his daughter created an adoption agency for the pups. On the day before the Grand Opening, the first male and female and their pups were delivered to the scientist's daughter. The second she saw the tiny pups she fell in love. They were the most adorable things she had ever seen, and she couldn't give them up. She named the parents Prince and Violet, and the pups Lily, Scamp, Princessa, and Caesar. The girl liked playing with these pups so much, and their shy tendencies gradually lessened, but as she got to know them better, she noticed their love of hiding and sleeping in purses. This got her thinking, and she decided to make a tiny purse for each pup that got adopted.
That night, her father asked her what she wanted to call the adoption agency. She hadn't even thought about that, but suddenly, she had a great idea for a name; PPPE, Purse Pups Purple Emporium, after the purple pups of the first litter she got, and the species love of hiding in purses.
